Excessive blow by too much compression HELP!

My 1990 jeep wrangler has a 2.5 4 cyl having issues with blow by did compression test it passed in the dry test but failed the wet test

cyl #1 200

cyl #2 201

cyl #3 180

cyl #4 203

If anyone knows why this is happening please let me know need to find a solution

Could be carbon build up in the cylinders. Have you tried seafoaming it y et?
