error codes help

so my computer fried on my 94 yj..ok well flamed would be a better description..so i had the computer, alternator, wiring harness, cam sensor, crank sensor and the coil all replaced. some by me some by mechanics. when i got it home it started up and i drove it off the trailer. it sat all winter. i went out a couple months ago and started it up. started fine first couple times, then stopped. so now it has no spark and low fuel pressure. i checked the error codes on got:
12 direct battery input
33 open/shorted a/c clutch relay
54 no fuel sync detected
42 open/shorted auto shutdown relay

I know i need a new fuel pump, no problem there. and from what i gather the error 12 will always be there. as for the other three..i have no idea how to fix at this time. i have been looking around but just havent found the answers i am looking for. could someone help and give me straight forward ideas.
Thanks

Ok so,
12 will always be there
33 means you don't have an air conditioner installed (not a concern)
54 means your fuel pump is shot
42 your auto shutdown relay is shot, its under the hood in the relay box, I think.

54 is the cam position sensor is acting up or crank position sensor is not working. Which could be just unplugging and reconnecting them back those two sensor might fix your problem there.

for 42 could be basically remove and reinstall the relay might correct that too. if not replace it with the horn relay see if the problem goes away (bad relay)
