It it runs hot during highway speeds, it's not the fan clutch. If it runs hot at slow speeds, it could be the fan clutch.

Turns out it was just the thermostat... The shop replaced it yesterday, I grabbed it this morning and all is well again, even with the old fan clutch.

Thanks for the ideas everyone. I'm glad mine was a fairly simple solution.
