Engine Leak / Water Leak?

I have a 95 Jeep Wrangler, 4-cylinder SE. I've had water leakage for over a year now, and just recently changed the head gasket for a second time. Water leaks from below the exhaust/intake manifold. I can't get a clear view of the exact spot it comes from, but when I give it some gas while idling the water literally pours out from below. The radiator is brand new and doesn't leak at all.

Also, the engine will sputter on and off for about ten minutes before dying while idling (this happens when the engine is cool, not overheated from lack of water). I don't know what could be causing this, as I just replaced the battery and tightened my head bolts, as well as my valve cover gasket. Giving gas causes the engine to run longer, at eventual cost of all my water.

I suspect my vacuum lines may be misconfigured, but I can't find a proper routing chart for them.

Any ideas would be appreciated (ie. what may cause the leak, what to do about the sputtering, routing charts, etc)

Thanks in advance.

I'd bet its the water pump

Adopt your pets. Don't shop for them.
