Engine cutting out

Hey, my 4.0l bucks and jumps and the engine cuts out momentarily when I go over bumps in the road. Anyone have any thoughts?

make sure your plug wires are on tight (both ends) and your dist. cap isn't a little loose. Check your battery cables as well. Did you try to pull the codes with the key-on off method?? Time for a tune-up maybe?

Didn't do the code thing with the key. I also noticed that when i am at idol for a period of time it the rpm's go up and down.I think it is a vaccuum problem because I had to rig my ccv to the manifold the ruber gromet fell apart and I broke a piece off the small tube that connects it to the manifold. I also think maybe the tubing I am using is to thin and collapses a little and resticts the airflow.

Check your TPS sensor as well (connects to throttle body). Or maybe IAC (idle air control valve)
I had a rough idle as well as misfire and the TPS corrected the problem.
