eerie noise when acclerating

hi i'm glad to get your attention i have alot of problems and they all sprang up this week, my first is when i start my car andaccelerate there is this weird humming/whistling noise never heard it before next problem my tire sounds like its rubbing but its not the sound is alot louder do you think not having any axle fluid is the problem and lastly i added transmission and engine coolant fluid and in three days both of them empty bone dry i have a chilton what should i research?

Need to figure out where the fluid went, if you lost it that fast it should be pretty obvious. I would start by looking for fluid on the tranny or on the ground.Maybe you have some bad gaskets, which should be easy to see..If you pull the dipstick for the motor, what does the oil look like? sounds like you have a few problems though. And you think you are out of fluid in the axel? Did this Jeep sit from a long time without being run? that can allow gaskets and seals to dry out and leak...Good Luck and keep us posted..
