Which is easier?
What V8 would be the easiest to put in my 1994 4.0 wrangler?...
302, 304, 350 are the ones that com to mind. I can get any of these engines pretty cheap. Thanks!

well i would def. got with the 350, from what i've heard they have all kinds of adapting kits for the 350, so my guess would be that it is gonna be your best bet. Just a question is the engine that your getting cheap cause you know someone, and is there anyway that i could get a similar deal? lol

Actually, its due to th location im at. I live in Leslie Co Ky. We are a very small town. Most peopl here work in the coal mines- which is all this place is (upside to it: all of these old strip mines are fun to wheel on). So therefore there are alot of mechanics, theres a garage atleast every 2 miles. Most of them have about any v8 you would want. I can get a chevy frame with the front and back ends, the 350, tranny and all the drivelines for 350 bucks. I can get someone to switch all this in my jeep for $150-300 tops. Engines(v8's mostly) will run you arund 300-500 around here.. |

Im not really looking for 350 power. I want something v8 but not much bigger than lets say... the largest 6 cyl. I have the drive train that will go with a v8 but I would like to keep the same 4.0 drivelines in it right now but with a small v8. What about a jeep 304? Couldnt be too hard..... or could it?
