What on earth makes you think you need a dual stabilizer? I'd fix whatever the real problem is if you think you need duals on a Jeep.

You should be able to drive fine without a steering stabalizer if everything is fine. The stabalizer only dampens the shock from bumps. There should be no reason to have more then one. I've seen up to 4 but that truck had 5 or 6 shocks for each corner not including kicker shocks.

A single stabilizer should be more than enough. Everyone I've wheeled with that has had two, ended up removing one (kept getting destroyed on rocks) or drilling one out because they liked the way it looks with two.
