Drilling holes for YJ hardtop

I've got a 94 YJ.
I recently bought a used hard top but only have about half of the pre drilled holes in my windsheild frame.
Does anybody know what size drill bit I should use to drill the rest of the holes? I really don't want to mess this up.
Also how much will new weather stripping quiet the ride, is it worth it, seems kind of expensive to redo the whole thing.
Thanks

There just sheetmetal screws holding the top at the windshield. So get some screws and drill accordingly. I have #10's in there now cause the #8's stripped out.

For the longest time I had nothing securing the front. It works well in the summer when I don't mind the small draft, but I didn't like when it snowed inside my Jeep during freeway drives in the winter. I ended up drilling holes to mount some chest latches to secure it. It's much easier to undo when taking the top off.

As for weatherstripping, I used stuff from the Home Depot. MUCH cheaper!
