Long story short; starting to develope small leak comming from the windshield frame. I thought I could ,really quick, put a little silicone in the area the water is coming in at. I was in the process of lowering the windshield when I ,you probably already guessed, didn't put my torks flush and rounded the bolt out . Any tricks on getting it out without having to drill it out?

When it happened to me I welded a bolt to the stripped bolt and then took the bolt out which pulled the stripped bolt out with it
