Does this wire ring a bell?

I was poking around and found this connector unhooked. Wondering if it looked familar to anyone before I go ripping apart the dash. Any possibility it's for one of the AC controls? My AC randomly quit working last summer which is why I ask. In the same general area. Has 12V on it with key on

Looks like the 12v line for the cigarette lighter, just slides on the end of a bolt looking piece on the back. Although that wire should be violet, but may have been switched at some point.

Yep, that is for the cig lighter. Because you have A/C, the ashtray has been moved and that is the left over cig lighter.
