The only a/c that thing has is top off and doors off. Just like most of us. And X2 on the winch, if you can all it that. It looks more like it should be mounted to a boat trailer for hauling in a jet ski than on the front of a vehicle. That's just dangerous false advertising, right there!

Yes, YJ's have heaters; but, there is only one way to find out if said heater works.

No AC. Yes for heater.

And that jeep looks pretty clean. Just sell that 2,000 winch on craigslist to someone for their 4wheeler...

Its pretty obvious that Jeep doesn't have an AC. Take a look at the first pic below. As you can see its missing a main component of the AC system.... The compressor.
As for the winch, a 2000lbs winch will get you out of some mud, or up small hill. But thats about it. I know because I have one on my Jeep now, I will give it some credit, it pulled a 1993 2500 chev out of a slew that was 2 feet deep, plus it pulled it up a hill that was close to a 35degree incline and it was almost 50 feet long, I know because I have 50 feet of line on it and I almost ran out. But, get at least a 8000lbs, then you will get out no matter what.
The heat you are asking about, well it has a heat switch, does it work, dunno, test it and see.
