I was kind of assuming the same thing....and, yes, that is the bracket I was talking about, just couldn't remember who made it. I haven't researched it that much yet, but using that bracket seems to be easier than trying to reverse the bevel and all to do the more common style flip. I have also seen the sleeve inserts to be used when doing a flip that eliminate the need to have the bevel machined. I will do something down the road, but need to research it a bit more.

Did the "big discussion" a while back have a tendancy to lean toward the CYA concept in their adding that statement to the product description?

Yes, that pretty much sums it up.

Hey 315.. I found it amusing and reassuring that I could sit straight up under my YJ when I was removing the front 4 bolts on the gas tank. I'm running 35/12.5/15 baja claws... no way I'd try and put my head under them.

It wasn't actually my head under the tire....imagine my GY Wrangler 35/12.5s as large bookends. My head ended up against the inner side wall of the passenger front tire and was keeping me from shooting out that side as I put all 225 lbs. into that wrench.....Saw too many pumpkins smashed on the road over Halloween to allow my head to end up under the tire.....

Wouldn't do that to ya man....I'll quit with the descriptive posts and let you keep your image... I am sure it would have been amusing to say the least for anyone who may have walked in on that scenario....I have a tendancy to attract uncommonly funny situations. What can I say, it's a gift!!! FFJeep has known me since we were kids and I am sure he has volumes of stories to tell my kids some day..... The sh!##* thing is..........the dang bolt is still in there!!!! It's days are numbered.....

So, is it difficult to find used Durango boxes or is it recommended to replace with new? Any year specifications?

I need to start writing them down. I could have filled several notebooks by now. I still remember plenty for blackmail purposes if ever needed! But, then again....he has a few on me as well, so I guess we're even.

I want to add power steering to a non power steering. What about the pump, does it swap over also?
