Distributor/Spark Plug Wiring Diagram - Dumb Question FYI

I need a diagram for the wires on my distributor cap. Which wire goes to which cylinder and where does it hook on my cap? I looked in my Haynes and it doesn't show it that I can find...

Sorry for the dumb question.

Chapeter/page 2B-1 in the Haynes. Bottom right is the engine block and a circle that represents the dist.

That's funny. So if there is 4 plugs, 4 wires. How many possible different configurations could there be? 1 3 4 2 firing order. 1 is in front towards radiator, 3 is towards pass side, 4 is towards firewall. and 2 is closest to engine in distributor..is that right? i am guessing.

.033 to .038 for the gap. It is right there in the same chapter. under content it says refer to chapter 1 and in chapter 1 under the specs/torque listing it shows the spark plug gap

Won't turn over...it worked before the new cap, rotor, wires and plugs (albeit not very well) Now it won't turn over at all. It does make a loud **pfft** sound every so often while turning the motor. It didn't do that before...

Double check that your cap and rotor are on right and that the wires are confirmed to be in the right place.
