DEAR GOD! (baaaaaaaad u-joints)

heh.. went to replace the rear u-joints.. pulled it off and both bearing caps pretty much disintegrated as soon as i pulled off the C-straps on the diff yoke. man.. glad it didnt grenade when i was going down the highway.. this a common occurance?

Well sort of Iput one on when my dad had it and about 35,000 miles later replaced again
I think it was just a cheap auto part.When to NAPA and paid about twice as much than my dad did the first time around and its a lot better part and really rides smoother.There are plenty of four wheel drive places online
that probably have the same grade or better

well.. just got them back this evening.. had them replaced with spicer u-joints w/ zerk fittings.. hopefully these will last longer
