I have seen them for sale in the Quadratec magazines, but I think they come with the air conditioning kit? so they might be more than what you need.

Sentinel's item is an air deflector for the top of the of the dash to divert warm air to the driver. THis person is looking for the vents that are attached to the dash about mid way down (I believe in the middle) they are the air vents for the a/c. Get them from a parted out YJ and modify your duct work to accomadate it.

I used that foam that comes in a gun case and cut thin strips of it that fit the vent holes. It gives the jeep a cleaner look and it was free. I'll try to remember to post a pic of them when I get home tonight.

I guess I'm confused as to what that had to do with the OP's request for trying to find a place to get the vents. I take it you don't use the A/C since you stuffed foam in the vents?

Yes I still use the AC, otherwise I would just take it out. My vents were busteed all to hell so I took em out and cut some THIN pieces of foam to put in the holes. The foam is about 1/8 inch thick and is just a bit larger than the space behind the holes. It fits in there snug and lets air pass through just fine. I guess technically it acts as an air filter in some ways, but who cares, I'm always smoking when I in the jeep anyway.

That's an instant DUI for sure when you have a Killians Irish Red tap handle for a t-case shifter.
