Dana 30 diff. swap vs. gear swap

I've read several times about installing a front diff. from a 4 cyl. YJ with 4.10 gears instead of changing the R&P to 4.10. What years will fit a 94 YJ with a 4.0 and ax-15. The rear is already taken care of.

Any year will work.

Grab a 95 front from a 2.5 engine, it will have the 4.10's and the bigger u joints. But any 2.5 engine axles will work. As long as they have 4.10's
