Damn Hard Top/Door Alignment

I finally took the maiden voyage after a month of the Jeep being down with the head job. Now I've put the hard top on and hard doors, but the drivers side door won't line up, it did last year when I took it off. I played with the stricker. I can't get 2 off those damn torx bolts out from the door hinge. I finally found a couple washers to fit the bottom pin and sorta shim it to line it up (it closes). I know I've gotta replace all of em with grade 8 bolts. Now to my question. The door hinges are concave so that the torx heads are flush with the hinge. Will I be able to replicate this with regular bolts?

probably not but ask your local nut and bolt shop, not a hardware store or auto parts place. those types of holes are called countersunk holes so tell them you need bolts for countersunk holes
