CTO switch question and EGR

I think my CTO valve is on its way out as was the EGR valve. I just replaced the EGR and was wondering if anyone with a weber carb uses the port marked as EGR instead of the CTO?
The only other item currently connected is the vacuum line to the Charcoal canaster, any ideas how to feed that with Vacuum?
My YJ has a 5 port CTO valve which I have not had any luck locating, any ideas? Thanks Jim

Thanks
For what its worth I took that part number over to Advance Auto and they are ordering me one in for $27.89 for the 5 port switch. If anyone else is looking for it, it is Part number EC957 (3489752).
