Start by checking your fault codes and posting what you find:

Alright, i had the same thing happen to me... I went and redid all the wiring in my jeep... take a can of electrical cleaner and clean out all of the connections and make sure everything is properly hooked up...this solved my no start problems and she runs better than ever before now!

It is not the ignition switch if it turns over and you can see the fault codes. You say you have fuel pressure, did you check to see if you have spark?

Is the spark blue? Nice solid arc? If yes then:

There are 2 possibilities. The fuel pressure is incorrect, or the spark is not reaching the plug in time. You need to get some starter fluid and remove the air tube, open the throttle plate and shoot starter fluid strait into the throttlebody and see if it fires over. Post back if it does crank over. If it does then you will need to grab a fuel pressure guage at the parts store tool loan program.(Fully refindable deposit).

If it doesn't then the problem is probably the pickup sensor in the distributor not firing the plug at the right time. The pickup sensor is sold seperately or as a unit with the entire distributor. I recommend the entire distributor.

I had a problem similar to this last night. Ended up being a terrible ground from the battery. Fuel was being slowed down from the pump due to it. Ran a quick ground wire to the body and started right up.

I agree with Que if its the pick up in the distributor replace the whole thing as a unit. Its only an extra $20 and then you wont have to worry about it wearing out for a long time.

1995 YJ. 2 inch BDS Spring lift. 1 inch shackle lift. 1.25 inch JKS Body Lift 33x12.5x15's. Engo 10,000 pound winch.
