A couple of questions regarding rust and U-POL Raptor

Hi to all,

I'm planning to begin my hunt for all the rusty spots on my YJ. I'll remove all the carpeting this weekend to see the state of my tub, plus I'll hunt down any other rusty part. The underside seems pretty sane, but I'll take a better look over there as well.

Once the tub is taken care of, I plan on applying U-POL Raptor the the interior and in the wheel wells.
Being that I'm totally new to all this, I have some questions.

I have for small spot of rust that passes through my fender (about half a cm in diameter), plus another more extended area (about 4-5 cm) where the rust is only superficial and the paint has developed bubbles, also on the fender. Which of these two products should I use?

Next question, is the Raptor well suited to coat the wheel well? Do you think I should remove the wheels to apply it?

EDIT: bonus question, can a carpet be installed over the Raptor? Will the glue stick? Does it even make sense?

Any suggestion/link/thought would be welcome.

Thanks!
Marcello

i have no help except for the carpet question.

i lined my tub with a crappy liner and the carpet still went in fine because it had no glue. it is held in with little tabs under the lips of hte edge of the tub
