combing a 94 yj and 98 tj, need ideas/help

so here it is, i have a 94 yj, 2.5, 5 spd, 3.5 lift, tj flares, i just bought a 98 tj with 4.0 and 5 spd tubs rotten but well worth the whole 200 bucks i paid for the whole jeep and i want to do a motor swap in the yj, and i want to put the top and seats in my yj. also is there a way to make the doors fit? has half doors with soft upper and the tj has full doors with roll down windows so that would be a nice mod for winter months, but what i really want to do is the motor swap and need help with that, ive researched it but everyone seems to contradict each other and need 1 good/well written write up on it. but any other ideas to the other mods would be very helpful, thanks!

I am fairly confident the top and doors are not going to fit with out some serious modification. Wouldn't be worth it in my opinion. If you have the whole car that it shouldn't be to difficult to swap the engine and trans. I would call some buddies and buy a few cases of beer and get ready tho. Hopefully someone with more knowledge on the drivetrain swap can weigh in here. Good Luck!
