clutch problems

my clutch is feeling funny so i checked the fluid in the reservior my the brake booster, there is no markings on the lid and no fill lines on the inside of it.It is also close to being empty, do i need to fill it up or what?

If i do need to fill it what should i use?

Yep, top it off with brake fluid. You may need to bleed it as well if it has been sucking air and getting soft.
