Clutch pedal got hard

I ordered a whole new clutch MC and slave assembly today from NAPA if anyone has had a problem from the NAPA assembly let me know. The dealer wanted $250.00 for the assembly NAPA was $169.00

The pedal just froze and would not go down. I felt up behind the pedal and did not feel anything wrong. Has this happened to anyone? What broke?

When my master cylinder blew on my 98 with the ax15, the clutch pedal wouldn't budge like you are describing.
