Clutch Master Cylinder Problem. HELP!

The push rod slid out the back of the master leaving the clutch pedal to dangle there. Replaced the clutch cylinder, same thing happened a week later.
what the )#&$ is going on!?

What brand are you using? There have been countless cases of broken mc and sc out of the box. You need a decent brand for this, even then, it still happens. I have had good luck with the napa brand mc, this one is going on about a year and a half. But I would suggest the luk mc. That ones my favourite so far, I cheeped out on my current one as I was away from home when it went an had to change it in the napa parking lot.
