choke/ linkage stuk please help mates!

87 4.2 yj weber 32/36

newest annoyance from heap:

noticed recently that when I first start jeep, when i first press the peddle down for that initial rev, then tap the peddle to get it back down) not sure what you call that process, but I noticed it wasnt the rpm level it usually is. very low, almost stall, sometimes does.

Poked around behind Weber 32/36 and noticed the throttle linkage (the one im guessing makes the initial startup) was stuck, not touching the idle screw. the idles is stuck now at around 1100rmp's.

jeep runs like a sh-t bum.

please advise,
