chilton or haynes repair manual

which would be best? i know the haynes manual is for wranglers 1987-2003, im unsure about that, and chilton has one for just yjs.

i dont want to waste my money, and i only want one of them.

Factory service manual is best, wish I had one. Chilton and Haynes have errors and gaps in knowledge.

I've got a Hayes. Not bad as far as I'm concerned but some stuff is either wrong or not explained well. Like the make mention of some difference you may have in depending on year of the Jeep then they just pass over it and leave you confused.

I have haynes and chiltons. Using both, I rarely find an issue.

factory service manual is the only way to go, they are expensive 80 - 100 but well worth it.

Me too, but I do tend to reference the Haynes more frequently.
