check engine light???

I was on my way to work this morning and my check engine light came on. I turned off and then back on and it went off. it then came back on another 20 miles or so down the road. I got to work and turned it off and back on it went off again. and it went out. I checked over everything nothing seemed to be leaking that I could see. I watched the gauges on my way and everything seemed good. but on a 23 yr old jeep it makes me nervous. the motor sounds fine. its a 2.5 with 125k. no knocks or anything. should I be worried?

check the code and find out what it is...

How to check for fault codes:

Check the codes. It's really easy. Post what you find. Chances are if it is intermittant that it's O2 or an alternator fault.
