Cheapest way to add 2" front lift???

My front springs are flat. And it sits lower than the rear. What's the cheapest way to add a couple inches to the front to level it out?

I think the bastard pack is how I'll go. Is the s10 the only donor? If so what years?

And do I need any special tools?
