Chatter? Please Help!?

So my 95 YJ has been making an aweful chattering noise in 1st 2nd 3rd and 5th gear... It sounds like tranny, but someone pointed out today that it might be risers sticking. I have no clue. It is not the clutch, because it is not losing power at all, tranny has PLENTY of gear oil, and there are no broken engine mounts. Like i said before, it is terrible in every gear except for 4th. When shifted into 4th it smooths out and runs like a top. WHAT COULD THIS BE??
