Changing from round LED tails to factory tails

Hey guys. My PO has the round LED tails installed on my Jeep. I ordered the factory ones because I wanted to put those on, and when they arrived I realized I was probably missing a few more things in order to change back to the factory tails.

When I took apart the round LED's to see what I needed to do I found this:

Obviously, to fit them, they had to be installed like that, so it seems like a part of the tub was just cut, and I would need something there with screw holes to replace them with the factory tails in order for them to stay put.

These holes:

I assume that's how it has to be done. So has anyone ever went back to the oem tails from the round led's? What piece do I need/where can I get it or what do I need to do to complete this installation?

Think you are probably the first to o back to stickers from flush mounts. Basically I would make a patch panel and weld it in. Mark and drill the holes, then tack some nuts the right size to the back side. Bout all I can reallynthink to do to switch it back

I personally have never liked the LED rounds. They don't say Wrangler to me.

All about that unibody life.

How about corner armor. Black, stainless, painted, whatever you like. Then bolt the new lamps to that
