Champion 3 row radiator

I just finished installing this radiator in my "92" 4.0 and thought I'd give my opinion. It appears to be well made with good welds, it fit right in with all holes for the radiator to body lining up, but the shroud to radiator holes are a different size and one hole on the right did not line up. I had the right size screws in my shop, and the three holes on one side (one holds the power steering reservoir to shroud and rad) and one on the other side hold the shroud tight. It took almost two gallons to fill just the rad, and after burping a little over two gallons. I changed the hoses and thermostat while I had it all off and everything is working great. I picked this up on Amazon for a little over $200 to my door.

Smart move going three row with AC. My rig never gets to hot even sitting and idling with the AC on.

I've been running their V8 conversion 3-row for a little over a year, great rad. only issue I had was that 1 of the nutserts for the PS reservoir was about 1/2" off, but wasn't a huge deal for me as I was drilling and installing more nutserts anyway to mount my fan.
