carbon build-up

i have alot of black build up around the tailpipe and some in the throttle body?(95 yj) what is it from. i have ran fuel inject. cleaner through it! any help will do.

How many miles are on your engine? Maybe your burning a little oil?

6cyl w/ 65000 and never uses a drop. the same build up is around the inside of my TBI but not as bad.

I hve the smae problem. Clean your throttlebody out this helps for a while
