I want to build a snorkel kit and come straight off the Carb, where do I get the 5" (carb) to 3" hose adapter ? is there something cheap out there that I can build or do I have to buy one ?

An older factory single snout air cleaner on your carb should be easy to convert. Available cheap in junk yards
