Canadian YJ Owners

Ok, I'm sure this is going to seem like a silly question.

My YJ was built for sale in Canada and it appears that my temperature gauge is in Centigrade instead of Fahrenheit (100 in them middle, 125 on the far right).

My question is, what would oil pressure be measured in?

Thanks,
IJ

Boy, 3 PSI average for oil pressure sure seems low. Gauge is graduated 0-3-6.

1 Hkpa=14.5 Psi.
So your 3 Hkpa=43.5 Psi
Bar and Hkpa are the same.

I think it is BAR. I had a Grand Cherokee from Canada. The oil pressure ran about 4 on the gage.

Oil pressure

It is measured in bar. If you want to change it to psi then get a US gauge and sending unit. Canada can not decide if metric or imperial. My Canadian made yj has imperial units.
