Can you watch my carb vid?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HYViCqb5KjQ

I was never happy with my carb rebuild, also having trouble with the choke. I think my vacuum diaphragm is bad too?

Opinions on how it's working?

cant be positive.. but it looks like your venturi is a little clogged, and rather than a nice aerosol of gasoline, you're getting sort of a stream of it.

Have you tried boring them out to 0.32 inches?

The other option is to swap to a motorcraft 2100 or 2150... I just did and am REALLY happy with it so far. WAY more power... fuel economy might or might not be... i just dialed it in, so, we'll see

also, is that fully warmed up? Your airhorn should be all the way open... not 3/4 open

also, yes, your choke is leaking (when you compress it and seal the vacuum, it should stay wherever you left it, not slowly move forward)

Is the power wire hooked to the choke? That choke does not appear to be working, it is 3/4 closed with the fast idle cam on the first step. The choke vacuum pull off is also bad.

After 5-7 minutes of running, that choke plate should be wide open. The vacuum pull off leaking makes the mix a bugger to set, but that has no bearing on the choke not opening, it is for the first cold start.
