Cagle fuel control

Hi guys, well with all the rain we've been having I decided to pull out some of our old magaizines and read. I came across an article in a Four Wheeler from 1993 about the Cagle fuel control. So I started looking around the internet to see if it was still around. One was available on ebay from Australia, well I don't buy from overseas.

They say in the article that they got a 21 percent improvement in mileage. It seems very interesting with they way fuel prices are.

That being said, I was wondering if any of you carb guys ever used one of these?
