A/C to fuse box diagram?
Hey all.
I finally got an A/C box installed back into my jeep. P.O. removed and tossed it. So, I have all the coolant lines connected, and the ground wire is attached to the body. But...I have 2 wires with the funky clip that go into the fuse box. Before I plug them in, I want to know if there is a specific point for each wire. These are the only 3 wires that I have that look like they need to connect. Do the 2 wires provide power for the A/C fan? Also, how does the compressor know when to turn on? Are these two wires controlling everything under the hood too? Everything inside the engine bay LOOKS hooked up... Thanks!

On mine there is 1 wire that runs to the compressor clutch from the temp switch to power the clutch on and off , 1 wire to the fuse box and a ground. The power feeds the fan switch and the temp switch that powers the clutch. The fan switch gets the power feed. When the fan switch is off the temp switch is off also. Not sure where it ties in but unless there's an inline fuse it needs to be run through a fuse in the fuse box. Probably a 20amp or better due to the fan.
