I wanted it to look rugged so I left the welds as they were. Its not a showpiece. The hood louvers are functional. Got it custom cut from American Rock Rods.

Got my fenders put on yesterday. Install wasn't too difficult. Took about 4 1/2 hours. I got the pre-welded ones and painted them last weekend. Turned out pretty good.

My C & C Fabrication fenders do taper in following the hood contour. These are the Hood line series ( http://www.ccfabs.com/store/#!/~/pro...=0&id=24092334 ) I prefer their look to Smihybilt with their 2 step flat fenders but I also like C&C fabs regular flat fenders I bought mine locally here in Canada from someone who bought them assemble but never put them on before selling his Jeep. I paid $250 ca. assembled and primed. So I saved $50 plus shipping & customs coasts. Pretty good deal I say.
