broken steering box

When at a stand still my box will only turn about 1/3 of its full range of motion to the right, but when moving it will turn all the way to the right and left. Seems like something is broken but can it be fixed? What is wrong with it? would it be easier to just upgrade to a Durango Box? I have 37's so i have wanted to upgrade and this might be the right time to do it.

Are the teeth of the pitman arm skipping on the sector shaft teeth?

Is the nut on the sector shaft tight?

Have you done anything recently that would have changed the indexing of the steering box? New lift, shackles, bod lift, etc?

No the teeth are not skipping and everything is tight. I haven't changed anything recently. It has been the way it is for 2-3 years with no problem. When you turn it to the right it will stop but you can force it over the rest of the way. It whines the rest of the way but it will go.

Is the box just torn up or could it have anything to do with the pump?
