I bought a good used set from UPFJ (Used Parts For Jeep) last year -- call Blaise Alackness there and he should have one -- his prices are very fair and he sells good quality used parts. He can be reached at: 814-544-7707 -- let him know Brandon told you to call -- thanks.

if its not a daily driver why dont you hold off a bit and do an axle swap. D35c is a giant pile of **** that will leave you broken and sad over and over

hhmm so you put a want ad in somehwere for a used ring n pinion? not a complete axle?
i personally wouldnt drop a dime on the turdy 5, but dave will be getting rid of his 35 shortly, but it has 4.10's in it....
why not go the 8.8 route while its broke? be a much better investment than trying to rebuild a turd that will just break again...

don't see the logic here, you broke the stock crap axle and want to rebuild it so you can break it again? Why not upgrade, it'd be cheaper and it'll be 10 times stronger? 8.8, a monkey can swap one in with $10 walmart grinder and a $99 stick welder.

Another vote for a different axle. 8.8 is a common swap and you can get them in 3.73. If this is a DD, well hope you find something soon. You can sometimes find a D35 for free (becuase they are horrible). I only wish I knew what I know now when my D35 blew up.

I vote for the 8.8 too. I put mine in yesterday only took a few hours it was well worth it. But I do have a complete dana 35 non-C clip W/ 3.07's for sale..

although i agree with the new axle votes its not so easy for somebody to just throw an axle from a different car underneath because of a lack of experience and knowledge. i know i cant weld and if i didnt know somebody who could i wouldn't even consider an 8.8 so its not just as easy as people make it for most

OK. i totaly understand and am planning the swap to 8.8 or d-60 if i find one cheap. i just wheel about every weekend and wanted to get it together so as not to miss any wheeling. jimaug87 i thank you for the offer but have decided to put my 355 gears in just to get by until i find an 8.8. i have an 8.8 full wdth and a d-44 front full width by i wheel in the missouri trees and we have narrow trails so i want to stay stock width. i'm sure i'll hear crap about that but thats the cool thing about wheeling is chose. thanks to all that replyed ,
