Brakes won't bleed!!!

Hey guys...

Gonna have to bear w me, new to auto repair, but the economy has forced me to attempt things for the first time ever....I changed rotors, calipers, shoes, drums, pads....Had a guy help me bleed brakes, it seems all the air is out (yes, read up on correct order to bleed them, kept check fluid, never went dry, all that good stuff)....
I was stumped, (moreover, I should say my "car mechanic guy" was, he's insisting everything ws done "by the book"
can't figure out why have to pump brakes two, three times while driving to stop jeep....Was doing some poking around, the bleeders on the front are both facing towards the back of jeep, and "not on top"...I think I put them on backwards maybe?!?!? (right on left, left on right) If I switch them around, and rebleed, more than likely that will solve the problem, right??

Thanks guys, just need some help, not really an idea what to do, and money is tight, reall need to try to figure problem out w/o a shop visit

Your bleeders need to be on the top, so I would reverse them ASAP.

Bleed them again. Make sure they are done in the proper order. Rear ps, rear ds, front ps, front ds. If after that, you still have the same problem, I would think booster. And I have done this too.
