Brake Grinding??

Just recently I've noticed a very faint grinding noise when I brake. It only happens or is noticeable aroud 10 mph. Any sugestions on how I can remedy without paying out my butt would be appreciated. Thank you all for at least looking.

Replace your pads and rotors.
