Brake bleeder question??

I just replaced my front calipers on 92 yj with a Dana 30. I replaced those, the rotors and pads. After bleeding the pedal still feels a little spongy. After some googling I read that the bleeders should be on top. The driver side is on top, the passenger side is on bottom. Sounds like that is the problem. My question is if I swapped the calipers I would have same problem but on opposite sides? Does this mean I have 2 of the same calipers? Sorry if I sound dumb, just learning
