Well, I found the problem and fixed it.

The CCV port on the front of the valve cover was totally blocked with sludge. There was no where for the crank case pressure to go, so it puked itself all out of the dipstick tube and it was spraying EVERYWHERE.

I took the brass fitting off of the front of the valve cover gasket and ran some stiff wire through it and some brake clean.

No more leaks and it's running very well now.
