Is a Borg-Warner 1345 any good?

I've got a BW 1345 out of a 1980 Ford F-350. It's mated to a T-18 and a lincoln 460. It has about 220,000 miles on it. Is it worth swapping into my willys wagon, or should i stick with the t-18 and mate that to my spicer 20 already in the willys?
