Bolt Size for Winch Mount

Does anyone know the bolt diameter and thread cound for the nutserts in the frame to mount a winch? 7/16-20 is just a bit too small/fine and wont tighten down. 1/2" is too big. Is it metric? I cant imagine that, but I'm out of other ideas. Thanks in advance.

Mine are 1/2" by 13. The threads get a tad rusty under there, so you might want to chase them out with a tap.
