Body mod to fit 35s

I am running a total of 4.5"of suspension lift with 1" of body lift.

How much body mod would I need to fit 35s under my jeep.. I am onto the new keep it low idea. Might be too late with the suspension lift?

just looking for some ideas/thoughts

I run 4-4.5" of lift and no body lift with 35's no problem. The only thing I did was cut my wheel wells out to fit TJ flares. It works and looks great.

Awesome.

I have TJ flairs already to go on my rig.

So no issues with the front fenders?

No, its the rear fenders that are "slightly" tighter. You will need to watch out for the body pinch welds on the inner wheel wells but its not too big of a deal.

Here's a couple of interesting articles to read - I'm not recommending that you build a rig like this, but it's interesting:

I run 35s with a 1" body lift and 2.5" Rubicon Express SUA springs. CC Fabs tube fenders front and rear for clearance. You can also look into Hi Lining your Hood with your stock fenders for clearance up front.

Nice build article. Great concept for sure, and I wish I had that skill set.

Other issues are for us Pennsylvania jeeper's I got to make sure my flairs cover at least 90% of the tire.. Technically its 100%

That is one of the biggest factors I am taking into consideration, I know a mod vehicle no matter what grabs the local PDs attention I just want to make sure I dont give them any obvious and easy tickets to hand out!

I running about 3.5" of spring lift with 37s, no BL. Hood was highlinded (1.5") so the bottom of the tube fenders are the same as the top of a stock, and TJ flares on the back. The rear was moved back 1.5" so the tires won't get into the pinch weld/body under the seats/front of rear fender, believe 35" don't need this.
