Bestop Supertop Zipper Size.

I cant find it anywhere. Does anyone know the bestop supertop zipper size or how to find out without a special zipper measuring tool?

I just received a used rear window for my supertop and its in great shape besides missing two of the zipper slider things. Not just the tab you hold to zip, the whole slider that clamps the zipper together. I need to get replacements but dont know what size i should ask for.

Thanks!

I think ill give that a try, if i'm not able to find any custom interior shops near by, i may try a crafts or fabrics store. I know there are a couple of those in town, and i would think they carry zipper slides. The thing is, the zippers on the supertop back window are giant nylon zippers. On walmarts website it says they carry zipper repair kits with a variety of sizes, but i dont know if the nylon zippers are common enough to be in an assorted package like that.

I'll update if/where i'm able to find it.

I would think nylon zippers are around enough for them to be common in stores. Most water proof and resistant clothing and backs have nylon zippers. But let me know what you find, I have the same issue, I've got a broken soft top zipper on the jeep I just bought and I want to fix it or put the hard top on before winter really sets in.

Look on the zipper itself you will find on or two letters on them. That is the size of the zipper. XY ,YX ,YK, ZY small single letters are in the smaller sizes large sizes are usually two letters.

The seamstress for our company had the right size zipper I needed. Put several on the soft top I bought used. It's a a very common large sized zipper, ne seamstress should have it. Try asking the seamstress at ur local dry cleaner.
