the new bestop replace-a-top FINALLY came in today and I just finished putting it on. it's AWESOME! fits tighter than the original, but it's a lot easier to stretch on. All the little annoying things I wondered why jeep designed the OEM top that way.... bestop did them the way that made sense! I only have one question. The rear quarter windows don't seem very tight front to back. it almost looks like they're a 1/4 inch too long or something? They barely even stay in the channel, and I have a feeling it will blow open on the highway. do i need a new bow on the back or something? Lemme know what you guys think.

Next step...... to be decided when something breaks!

I would make sure that the hardware is fully upright and seated. You could very well need a new spreader bar. It should lock into position with a bend to it.

If it is seated and still is loose you can get adjustable spreader bars for pretty cheap. If my top didn't have adjustment, I would buy the adjustable spreader bars...
